- What counts as an 'appointment'?
- A phone call that ends with a scheduled appointment in your calendar. Calls without an appointment (info question, wrong number) don't count.
- Why aren't < 15 sec calls billable?
- Spam calls and 'wrong number' usually hang up within 15 sec. We don't charge you for those.
- What about VAT?
- All prices are excluding VAT. Fully deductible for business customers.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
- Yes, anytime via your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
